Stouffville is the primary urban area within the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario in Canada. The urban area is about 2.5 km long, with a width ranging from 600 to 700 metres. Farmlands are to the west, northwest and west while forests dominate the northern part and around the area. Much of the area is not hilly even though most of the area is part of the Oak Ridges Moraine. A CN-owned railway that hosts GO Transit service, the Stouffville line, passes through the town with commuter trains stopping at the Stouffville GO Station in the downtown core.
